ABOUT

Why You Are Here

You've spent years holding it together, for your family, your community, maybe even the people who hurt you.  But something happened to you, and no matter how much time has passed, there has been a part of you that is still carrying it.

I work with women who have been healing from childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and the weight of the experiences they were never given space to process. Women who are strong on the outside but exhausted on the inside.  Women who question their worth struggle to trust and feel disconnected from who they are.

You don't have to minimize your story with me or explain your culture, faith, or why it took so long to ask for help. This space is for you. Using EMDR and a trauma-informed approach, we will work through what is stuck, not just talk about it.

Healing is more than just understanding what happened; it is a feeling that changes your body,  relationships, and how you see yourself.  If you are ready to stop surviving and actually live, then I would love to connect. Reach out for a 15-minute consultation today.

ABOUT ME

I am a Associate Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia (APC011045) trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Grounded in the belief that healing begins with feeling safe, seen, and understood, I bring a culturally attuned and trauma-informed perspective to my work. As a Puerto Rican woman raised in New York, I draw from both personal and professional experiences to support clients in navigating generational trauma, particularly within communities of color.
